ONE 1ST TIMER DROP-IN PASS PER PERSON. You may buy for more people in your party, just add more passes to the cart. If the persons in your party do not show up, you will be able to use the other passes ONLY if we were notified of a cancellation 1+hr prior to class. Refer to the cancellation policy below.

BOOKING REQUIRED: YOU MUST CONTACT US TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT for a class you plan to attend. Please DO NOT just show up. We must know you're coming.
IMPORTANT: This 1st timer class drop-in will NOT allow you to make a booking through our class schedule. Just contact us (562-343-5230 - text is best) and we will manually add you to the class roster. Please contact us early.
WHAT TO BRING TO A FITNESS CLASS: Yoga mat or towel/blanket to put on the ground. If you have any weights (5-15lbs) bring them, if not - no worries - just let us know! Wear workout attire incl. sport shoes and bring water. Sunscreen, sun glasses and head covering is also highly recommended.
QUESTIONS? Can't make it? Don't know where to go? Text us! 562-343-5230 (the earlier the better, we may not be able to respond to texts if the class has started or is about to).
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your booking 1+ hour before class you will be able to use your class pass for another day. Cancellations less than an hour (or no-shows) before class will be counted as if you attended the class. Release your spot early and come another day!
