5:30am (w), 5:30pm, 7:00pm, Sat 9am - Quad.
Park: on Park Ave. north of 7th St. Enter between 300-400 building. Proceed to through gate to Quad area.

Where to Meet: Quad
Park: in lot on Pacific, north of 14th St. Walk through the alley towards Cedar Ave. to brown door that will be unlocked. Walk down the hall past the restrooms, and take a right out the double doors. Meet in the Quad behind the main office.

Park: on Kerth Dr. near Foster.

Signal Hill
    Home Depot Parking Lot

2494 Cherry Ave - 90755
Where to Meet: Parking Lot (Closest to Cherry)
Park: in the parking lot of Home Depot and look for our group. We will go up Skyline Dr. together.

PLEASE NOTE: Fridays are held at Signal Hill. Class times offered vary.

We hold evaluation appointments here. Call the office to schedule yours after registering for class. 
Evals are optional, 20 minutes, held only on weekdays & free to registered boot campers.

What to Bring:

On Hill Days (Fridays) you will just need your water bottle.

On every other day, please bring:

• yoga mat
• hand weights (Beginner = 5 pounds, Intermediate = 6-8 pounds, Advanced = 10-20 pounds)
• resistance band with covered tube & handles as seen in photo 
  (trainer may have one for purchase of $20  that are high quality 20-25lbs of resistance)
• water bottle

Credit Policy:

No credit will be given for Running Boot Camp after the session ends.
Make up any missed days before the end of the session. 
You may also use Saturday mornings at Wilson 9-10am to make up a class. Have a plan and stick to it.
