My tummy is shrinking faster than with the other deliveries & I have Long Beach Boot Camp to thank!

Hi Shannon,

I just wanted to share the good news with you. 
Ryan was born Oct 13th.  Weighing a huge 9lbs 12oz! 

My history with Long Beach Boot Camp made me strong during & after delivery.   With no help from family I had to be a mom of 3 kids.  It's been non stop running around.  My tummy is shrinking faster than with the other deliveries & I have Long Beach Boot Camp to thank.

So get ready because I will be back in January so that you can kick me back into shape!
