My life has now changed and I owe it to your instruction and training. From regular exercising to nutrition to healthy living,

I want to thank you all for your support. Just to think that just over a year ago I weighed 225 lbs. and am now almost down to 160, which I would have never thought possible. I couldn't have done it without you, well maybe, but LBBC was certainly the catalyst and made it possible for me.
 
My life has now changed and I owe it to your instruction and training. From regular exercising to nutrition to healthy living, I've learned so much from you. I am now committed to my new healthy life style.
 
I want to especially thank Caroline! From her strength, encouragement, to her quotes and hugs, she's a great asset to LBBC and a positive influence to Long Beach.
