You believed in me before I believed in myselfJo, ...There are a few things that I learned make a difference for me to lose weight... 1. Yes, journaling is a big deal! I committed to 100% not just the first part of the day. I really want to thank you and Caroline because you guys are like my positive reinforcement. You believed in me before I believed in myself. Sometimes that's exactly what I need to get going. Also I now know how much of an impact my mental attitude has on my weight loss.
