I can't eat dairy or fruit before a work out because I will get a sour stomach &/or nauseous. Whole wheat toast & peanut butter is quick, easy, and portable so I can eat it in the car on the way to Boot Camp. Drive safely! ;)

Quinoa Bread

I recently switched to Quinoa Bread when I started looking for products that had honey instead of sugar listed on their ingredients. I was impressed by Trader Joe's.
