Split your meal in half to save money & calories!
Your body will utilize & burn more calories when you eat smaller portions more frequently throught your day.

Request a to-go box at the beginning of your meal (out of sight, out of mind). Save it for your next meal & remind yourself that it's not that you can't enjoy eating all of it, you are just going to enjoy it later. Give your body a few hours to make the most of the calories you are supplying it with.

Better yet - share your meal with a friend.
Sharing your meal will eliminate the chance of sneaking bikes of the other half of your meal as soon as you get home (or in the car).
