Got Pain?

Common culprits of leg pain are:

Running Shoes

    · improper shoes

    · muscle tightness (& imbalances)

Wear shoes that are RIGHT FOR YOUR FOOT's unique design & less than a year old.

I highly recommend getting your running gait analyzed by the folks at a running specific shoe store like Runner's High. It's FREE! They really just want to help you love running, so listen to them :)

If you pronate, you need support

Fashionable Running Shoes

BEWARE of shoes the LOOK cute!

You can wear fashionable shoes around town, but if you are choosing your new running shoes based on color/style/etc, you are likely setting yourself up for pain down the road.

If you have new & supportive running shoes, but still have pain, consider using a FOAM ROLLER to alleviate extra tightness in your hips & quads (IT band & TFL especially-if you don't know what these are click on the link below or ask your trainer).
