Cardiovascular fitness will begin to wain after only 2 weeks, and you will start losing muscle about 3-4 weeks after falling off the wagon of your exercise routine. The last thing you want to lose when trying to lose weight is that beautiful fat-burning muscle! Muscle also helps to support joints so it is vital in preventing injury.

Many of us return from a "break" in working out thinking we can do the same things we were able to do before our hiatus.
Note to self: Jo, don't EVER do that again!

Keeping your exercise routine consistent will prevent you from these moments of overdoing it and ending up in the doctor's office. Be smart. Use it or lose it!

Find ways to prioritize your workouts. Work is going to get busy & you will be pulled in all sorts of directions, but don't forget to take care of YOU!
