Spooky Sprint LB - Oct. 31, 2009This year on Halloween there is a 5k Run/Walk called the Spooky Sprint. This run/walk will be a great way to make some healthy choices on a day we typically don't. Please feel free to dress up, and if you can include your Long Beach Boot Camp shirt in your costume, even better! This is also going to be a great warm up for our own Long Beach Boot Camp 5k. The Spooky Sprint (Run/Walk) costs $25 and the proceeds from this run will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, a non-profit cancer organization. If you want to meet Boot Campers there a good spot would be near the parking lot of the Belmont Plaza Pool. Please post any questions or comments you may have. |
