Long Beach Turkey Trot - Nov. 26, 2009


Once again this year on Thanksgiving we will be doing the Turkey Trot! The Turkey Trot is a 5K/10K that takes
place on the bike path in Belmont Shore. What a great way to get a healthy start on your holiday plan! Long
Beach Boot Camp will have a tent this year so you can meet us there if you'd like. To register and get more
information check out the Turkey Trot website. Ask your instructor or friends which time they will be doing and
sign up for the 5K/10K of your choice.
