Brief Description
Tomorrow Starts Today is a non-profit organization designed to bring support and awareness to alcohol and drug recovery. The “Race For Recovery” takes place in September as this is the National Drug and Alcohol Recovery month and is in honor of my late-husband Scott Odgers whose birthday was September 13th. The entry donation is $25.00 per participant and all of the proceeds will go to the University of Pennsylvania, Transplant Education and the Gift of Life & the Gift of Life Donor program.
Additional Information
Vendors participating in the event range from non-profit organizations raising awareness of their cause or business, medical facilities, as well as specifically made t-shirts for recovery clients. There will be a sound system and music played during the run/walk for all family and friends who are waiting for a participant. There will be a photographer onsite to capture pictures of participants before, during, and after the event.
