What is a typical day like at Running Boot Camp?


Each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect, however, to warm up together and stretch out together. For the workouts we do running games, interval training for speed, stamina and endurance building, running drills, muscular strength work, and usually include a fun run to mix it up. You can expect a positive and inclusive team environment where the women share a common goal of fitness.
