What is a Foam Roller and where do I get one?


Our muscles can become tight from both exercise and everyday use. A foam roller is used to help stretch out tight muscles (self myofascial release). Since runners typically have tight IT Bands, glutes and hamstrings, a foam roller is a great tool to prevent injuries. You will be given instruction on how to use your foam roller properly in class and how to keep your body injury free!
