Everyone has his or her own unique running style. The way you run is often due to your biomechanics. While every body is different, sometimes proper alignment and technique need to be learned. Stretches and strength building exercises can help to correct imbalanced body alignment and form. We will assess your running style and help you incorporate modifications as needed.
