I don’t breathe well when I run, so I don’t run very far. What is the furthest we run?


We will teach you techniques so you can breathe more easily while you run. Every week our distance will vary. You will build on your distance. The furthest you will run will be 4-5 miles. You will learn how to pace yourself to keep your running aerobic (utilizing oxygen). Usually people who feel they can’t run very far are running too fast too soon, so they go anaerobic immediately (they feel out of breath). Another reason you may feel challenged to breathe is due to breathing from your chest. Breathing from your chest creates "shallow breathing." You will perfect your breathing technique with Running Boot Camp and improve your exercise performance overall.
