Long Beach Boot Camp's Credit Policy 

As your fitness program, we encourage your commitment to finish what you started, therefore credit for missing class is limited. Having a plan at the beginning of each week will help you stay committed to your workout days. We hope you keep your health and fitness a priority among your many commitments. We do, however, remain flexible for your medical, vacation & schedule needs when you notify the office in advance.*

We encourage consistency in your workouts so that you will experience the positive reinforcement of physical changes in your body (energy, improved mood and sleep, lost inches, etc.). However, we do not encourage you to come to class if you have (or think you might have) a communicable illness as this puts everyone in the group (including the trainer) at risk.

         3) Reason you will be missing class:
         4) Dates you will miss:
         5) Daytime phone number:
         6) Best time to reach you:
         7) Number of days you wish to be registered for with credit next camp:
      * We reserve the right to limit your credit/discount towards a purchase for a camp with the same trainer.

Notifying Your Trainer:

While it is a good idea to let your trainer know about your attendance, injuries, etc., your trainer is not involved in the credit process.

Attending Saturday or Another Class Time:

If you’re not able to make it to your registered class time, you can "float" to another class. Let the trainer know you are a floater & sign in by adding your name + registered time & location to the bottom of their class roster. Saturdays at Wilson (9-10am) are available to make up a class you may have missed during the week. See Class Details for meeting spot.

Medical Reason:

If you miss more than 3 classes due to illness or injury, you must present the office (fax, mail or drop off) a doctor's note for missing class in order to receive credit for more than 3 classes. The only exception is if you notify the office prior to missing class.

Vacation:

If you will be missing class due to work or a scheduled vacation you must notify the office prior to missing class to receive a credit.

Miscellaneous (up to 3 absences):

If you miss 1-3 classes (for whatever reason) you can make up those classes within that Camp. 
Once a new Camp session begins, you will not be able to make up those missed classes unless you have notified the office prior to your absence.

Non-transferable:

Credit is not transferable. We want YOU to finish what you started. You can do it. 

Expiration:

Credit is good up to one year. Thank you.

 

 

Credit Policy for Memberships:

If you will miss class, please adjust your attendance accordingly (increase number of days/week) to make up any missed days within the term of your membership. If you will be going on vacation or have a medical issue (will be gone for more than 3 consecutive weeks), please see below for putting your membership on a temporary hold. If your membership is for 5x/week, please contact the office prior to missing class to insure you can receive credit. Thank you.

Hold/Extending End Date:
We are happy to be flexible for your medical or vacation needs when you notify the office prior to your absence.
If you are on a medical leave you will need to contact the office before your return so that you can be on the roster.

Running Boot Camp's Credit Policy

No credit will be given for Running Boot Camp after the session ends.
Make up any missed days before the end of the session.
No missed Running Boot Camp classes will roll over into future sessions. 

You may use Saturday mornings at Wilson 9-10am to make up a class.
Coach Timmie can provide you with homework for runs on your own.
