Progress Day:
At the end of camp, Progress Day lets you remeasure your strength and endurance to see your physical progression towards better fitness since Assessment Day tests at the beginning of class. Your results will show you that the hard work you put into your exercise each day at Boot Camp really does pay off.
Most clients notice that not only are they stronger and have better endurance, but they have more energy, less stress, better sleep, better mood, and more confidence to conquer the world.
Post Evaluation:
You can schedule your post-evaluation appointment. Get remeasured, take an "after" picture, and discuss your results and success in the program.
Many (up to 80%) boot campers return for a 2nd and even 3rd camp.
