What is a typical day like at Boot Camp?


That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect to warm up together and stretch out together every day. We do full body workouts, resistance training, core conditioning, circuit training, kickboxing, pilates, stair workouts, muscular strength training, some light running, interval training, and obstacle courses. We teach you a great deal about proper form, core stability, and balance. On special days, you will go hiking. You'll always be challenged and you’ll always have fun doing it!
