The evaluation is a useful tool to give you a gauge for your progress at Boot Camp that will be recorded in your personal profile. It is important to take advantage of the one-on-one time with a fitness evaluator to have a starting point, to set goals and to stay accountable.
Pre- Evaluations are available during the 1st (& sometimes 2nd) week of camp.
Post-Evaluations are done the last week of camp.

An evaluation includes the following:
1. We will answer any questions you may have about Boot Camp.
2. We will take a few simple measurements to see how your body changes with Boot Camp.
3. We will record your weight. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Remember, the more consistent you are, the better your results will be!
4. We will review any relevant medical history.
5. Any pains or obvious imbalances will be discussed. Bringing your body back into balance is key to eliminating many common pains.
6. We will take a photo for your profile record.
7. We will discuss your S.M.A.R.T. goals and strategize with you to develop a plan. You may already know what to do, and find it useful to just say it out loud to someone else to whom you can stay accountable.
