Lots of people have a misconception that you have to be in shape before beginning our workouts. I appreciate the concern - a workout class called BOOTCAMP sure can sound intimidating!
Rest assured that there are all skill levels in class. We pride ourselves at being a go-at-your-own-pace program. We welcome all fitness levels and are able to keep the group together while each person does his or her own personal best. No worries about what you can't do, it's always about getting stronger and faster and doing the modified exercises until you don't have to anymore. It is really exciting to see people progress as they do their best. We keep you moving and your heart rate pumping so you can burn as many calories as possible during the hour.
We encourage people to "get comfortable with being uncomfortable". After all, we wouldn't be getting more fit if we stayed within our comfort zone! :) We push to reach new limits, and you will be inspired to do so in a group of supportive and positive individuals all doing their best.
Once you register, look at our Nutrition Packet and Calorie Calculator (available to you in your online Camper Dashboard) and most of all, come up with a plan. Nutrition is up to 80% responsible for what you see in the mirror, and we dedicate the last 15 minutes of class on each Wednesday to review & inspire you to make nutritious choices that serve you. Having a plan (putting thoughts into actions) and being consistent is gonna help you tremendously.
