Do you go over nutrition in class?


Yes, nutrition is an important aspect of your health and fitness goals. We will cover nutrition in class on a weekly basis. Once you are a Boot Camper, you will receive a packet of information to help guide you on your way to a healthier version of you.

We will cover nutrition basics to make sure you have the proper knowledge and education about how and what to eat. We will dicuss: Portion sizes, calorie counting, journaling, quick meal ideas, grocery shopping techniques, how to stock a healthy kitchen, sample menu plans, critique your own food journal parameters and much much more.

We look forward to helping you reach your desired nutritional goals.
