EZ8 Running Boot Camp is an 8-week outdoor running program that offers world-class running instruction & motivational tools - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness and running goals fast. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner runner, or an avid runner looking for a running group, EZ8 is perfect for you. Running is among the best aerobic exercises for physical conditioning of your heart and lungs. Studies have shown the health benefits to be enormous. Running can reduce the likelihood of everything from the common cold to cancer. Your stamina will increase. You'll lose weight -- most beginners often lose nearly a pound a week. If you happened to find us in the middle of a session, give us a call, we may be able to let you join mid session! We meet M.W.F from 5:20am - 6:30am. Each run is a little different. We may do hill training one day, a slow tempo run on another, or play a running game on another. EZ8 is FUN! Check our Calendar to see when and where you can join us!
It's not about being a track start or an elite athlete. It's about being the best you can be! It's about learning to run better and having fun. You don't have to be a great runner to begin. You may be surprised at how well you do.
This running program is unlike any other. There is NO COMPETITION. You will feel motivated and empowered!
