147A little bit about me -

Hmmm where do I begin -

I was that kid in middle school that would set my alarm for 5am and go on my morning run, I would then bike 10 miles to school and made sure I got there early to play basketball with all the boys before the bell rang for first period. I have ALWAYS lived for fitness and have never been very good at sitting...even to this day I stand while eating dinner. :)

After numerous career changes I have found my home in fitness. Through fitness I have stuck to firm beliefs in my life - NO REGRETS NO EXCUSES and LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE UNHAPPY INSIDE AND OUT!

So that brings me to today - I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now, teaching both one-on-one and group fitness classes. I love nothing more in life than to help others and share with others the passion I have always had for movement.

There are two things I always say to my clients:
     1) " You will never regret a workout." 
     2) "Never say 'I can't', because you can."

I am someone who stays positive, smiles a ton, and who believes that fitness is living a healthy lifestyle inside and out. I think the high five is underrated and the simple equipment of the great outdoors unbeatable when it comes to fitness. I believe energy is everything!!

In terms of my fitness background today, I have been involved in everything from Marathon Running to Figure Competitions. I have run 6 marathons and am currently attempting to beat my personal best of 3 hrs and 15 mins and halp marathon personal best of 1:21. I have also run countless 5ks and 10ks across California. Along with my training I ran a weekend Bootcamp and Running group in Sacramento, CA where we trained for numerous runs together! I recently moved here from Sacramento to get closer to the beach and to relish in the beautiful weather of Southern California!

In my free time I enjoy workouts on the beach, running and playing soccer! I break at least 1 sweat a day, and I encourage others to do the same!

I challenge you to build consistency in your workouts because excellence is built through habit - not in a day.
