What is your Credit Policy?

Credit Policy

"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you are right"
~Henry Ford

If you want something badly enough you will find a way to make it happen.

What do I need to bring to Boot Camp?

• Hand Weights (one set of 5-8 lb. dumbbells)
• Exercise mat (yoga or other)
• Resistance band (jump rope length with handles & safety sleeve)
• Water bottle (re-usable is better identified from group)
• Positive attitude (a must have)

You can find items at Target or K-Mart type stores. Optional items are a towel to dry off with, and in the winter months, gloves or mittens can be nice. Dress in layers and even if it's chilly, don’t worry you will get warm very fast!

I am out of shape. Do I have to be in shape before joining?

Lots of people have a misconception that you have to be in shape before beginning our workouts. I appreciate the concern - a workout class called BOOTCAMP sure can sound intimidating!

Rest assured that there are all skill levels in class. We pride ourselves at being a go-at-your-own-pace program.

Can I try a class?

Yes, we would be happy to win you over with a free visit.

To try your first class FREE, please email info@longbeachbootcamp.com with the class time and location of your choice.

How do I view my Nutrition Packet?

Do you go over nutrition in class?

Yes, nutrition is an important aspect of your health and fitness goals. We will cover nutrition in class on a weekly basis. Once you are a Boot Camper, you will receive a packet of information to help guide you on your way to a healthier version of you.
